Ohio District Kiwanis Golf Outing for 2013 will be held July 17-18 at the Tam O’Shanter Golf Course in Canton, Ohio.
The Golf Outing has been a fellowship event for Kiwanians in Ohio since 1967. It is a two-day event with teams of over 450 golfers including Kiwanians and their guests playing 18 holes and competing for prizes. Each day ends with a banquet where there are door prizes and prizes for winners. Registration includes golf, cart, lunch and dinner.
In 2007, the event was sponsored by the Foundation for the first time. The Foundation’s tax exempt status has provided opportunity for increased sponsorships for the event.
The event is organized by a subcommittee of the Foundation’s Fundraising Committee. Profits from this event benefit the endowment funds of the Foundation. These funds allow the Foundation to provide grants for Kiwanis service projects around the state.
A registration form is available on this page in spring each year.
