Brecksville Metro-Park Ramp for Therapeutic Riding
The therapeutic riding program at the Brecksville Metro-Park needed a ramp for children with handicaps to mount horses. The Kiwanis Club of Brecksville responded with labor to build a ramp and raised $30,000 for materials to provide this ramp to be used by 200 children a year. A grant from the Ohio District Kiwanis Foundation supported this effort of Kiwanians to serve the children in their community.
